We are a full-service organization, for G.P's, other specialties,
nurses and nurse practitioners.
MD's CV's should contain the following:

- Full name and date of birth;
- The name of the university where the physician's undergraduate education was taken, the years that the physician attended
university and the degrees the physician was granted, if any;
- The name of the university where the physician's medical degree was taken, the years the physician attended, the degree
the physician was granted and when that degree was granted;
- Information about all postgraduate training which the physician received, including the names of the institutions where
the education was taken, the period of time during which the education was taken, the disciplines in which the physician was
trained, the time spent in each discipline and the dates of training in each discipline;
- Information about any additional qualifications which the physician possesses in the practice of medicine, when such qualifications
were granted, and by whom the qualifications were granted;
- The names of all licensing authorities that have granted the physician a license to practice, including the nature of
the license and the period of time for which the physician held a license;
- Complete information about the physician's work history which includes the dates worked in each location and a general
description of the physician's medical practice while the physician worked there;
- The physician's CV should describe the physician's activities during the entirety of the time since the physician was
granted a medical degree. If there are any periods of time during which the physician was neither working as a physician nor
in a training program, the CV should provide an explanation for such gaps.

In an effort to expedite
your licensure process for Canada I would strongly recommend you apply to have all credentials verified through the
www.pcrc.org (Physician Credentials Registry of Canada) They are the main source of credential verification in Canada!
Nursing Positions: This is an example of the procedure which
must be followed. CMRA will cover all fees for candidates under most circumstances.

- This is an example of the procedure will need to be followed for RN's, it may look lengthy but we will guide you
through the process. That is what we are here for. We can make the registration look simple after a contract is
accepted.
- Application for Initial Registration ( extra form)
- Non-refundable fee of $210.00, payable in Canadian funds. We accept money orders, Canadian cheques, Visa or MasterCard.
Please do not send cash in the mail.
- Copy of your current licence to practise nursing.
- Copies of your birth certificate and all change of name documentation, including marriage certificate(s), and a copy of
one extra piece of identification, preferably your passport. All documents must be clear and easy to read.
- RN Employment/Education History (extra form)
- Consent Form to Obtain Employment Verification Information. We will send it with a reference questionnaire
to your most recent RN employer. (extra form)
- Send the Verification of Original Registration/Licensure form and required fee to the regulatory body
in the jurisdiction where you got your basic nursing education and first registration. They will fill in their section and
return the form directly to our office. (extra form)
- Send the Verification of Current/Most Recent Registration/Licensure form and required fee to the regulatory
body in the jurisdiction where you most recently worked as a RN. They will fill in their section and return the form directly
to our office. (extra form)
*If your original and current/most recent registrations are in the same jurisdiction, we only require their regulatory
body to fill in the Verification of Current/Most Recent Registration/Licensure form and return it directly to our office.
- Send the Request for Basic Nursing Education Transcript form to your school of nursing. If you took a
portion of your nursing education (e.g. midwifery) at a different school, please also ask for those transcripts. The school(s)
should send transcripts, the language of instruction, and theoretical and clinical hours in the areas of medicine, surgery,
obstetrics, pediatrics, psychiatry, as well as gerontology and community health. If you are unsure if your education will
meet our requirements, please also ask your school to send course descriptions. The school(s) must send all documentation
directly to our office. (extra form)
- If English is not your first language, English language test results must be sent directly from the testing agency.
Test scores are valid for two years.

When we receive your application and fee, CMRA LTD will:
- Open a file and send you a checklist showing documents received and outstanding.
- Send a reference questionnaire to your most recent RN employer.
- Assess documents as we receive them, check for authenticity, and ask for clarification or additional information as needed.
Your application is confidential. We will only release information about your application to you unless you have sent us
a signed letter authorizing CMRA Ltd to release information to a third party (e.g. recruiter, spouse, or employer).
If you move, please contact CMRA Ltd with your new address. If you change your name,
send us a clear copy of your change of name documentation/marriage certificate.
Once we receive all requirements and your application is approved, we will send you a letter with applications for the
Canadian Registered Nurse Examination (CRNE) and a graduate nurse licence.
